SISTEM WHITE (SUTW400) explores the new world in a disarmingly simple fashion. Six red points are positioned on the white dial directly above 6 of the movement's 19 rubies, indicating the wondrous mechanical universe beneath. These 6 ruby-red points are surrounded by large coloured dots, each corresponding to one of the points where the movement's five modules are welded together. And yet, as beautiful as it is, the dial is only half the story—Turn SISTEM WHITE over and the new world explodes. The transparent crystal oscillating weight reveals brightly coloured modules and the fascinating motion of the gear trains and balance spring. The design is pure Pop, connecting SISTEM51 to the legendary story of Swatch and Art. SISTEM51 has no need for a battery—it's powered by the person who wears it, so it features an ' automatic ', or 'self-winding' movement.
