Overview 

The 4TB miniStack Quad Interface External Hard Drive from Newer Technology is an external storage and backup solution designed specifically to complement the look and feel of the current Mac lineup. The unit is easily stackable and follows the form of the 2010/2011 Mac mini. It also complements the iMac, MacBook Pro, Mac Pro and aluminum or black finished PCs.
The miniStack features a quad interface that allows you to choose the way you want to connect to your computer, via FireWire 800/400, USB 3.0 (backwards compatible with USB 2.0/1.1) or eSATA, with data transfer speeds up to 300 MB/s. With a large storage capacity and multi-interface options, the miniStack is ideal for storing or backing up large music, photo and video libraries.

The miniStack features a durable aluminum body designed to match the finish of the current Mac line.

The quad interface offers three connections for flexibility and compatibility:

The miniStack features a MagLev fan (same as used in the Mac mini) for frictionless, whisper-quiet operation.

The unit comes with an integrated Kensington Security Slot for theft prevention.
