Concluding that our Danner Japan design partners were onto something by combining our classic Danner Light silhouette with an extremely lightweight Vibram® outsole, we decided to take this Tokyo trend, hand craft it in Portland, Oregon and offer it up state side.

OVERVIEW

It’s one thing to see our classic Danner Light all over the streets of Tokyo. It’s another thing to become inspired by our Danner Japan design partners twist on a classic silhouette with a lightweight performance. Which is exactly what inspired the design of our Urban Light. Featuring our classic Danner Light silhouette, a rapids cappuccino leather, a lightweight fiberglass shank for underfoot arch support and an extremely lightweight Vibram® outsole, the Urban Light is hand crafted to the highest standards in our Portland, Oregon workshop.

HOW IT FITS

Danner's 650 EE last offers a roomier fit for relaxed comfort while still offering rugged support and stability. This EE is not as wide as others so it offers the most universal fit for casual, everyday wear. We recommend sizing down a half size for the best fit.

• Rich, black full-grain leather surrounds cappuccino suede side panels for an upper design that is stylishly comfortable and durable
• Danner's hand crafted stitchdown construction provides a wider platform for increased stability underfoot. This construction makes the boot recraftable in our Portland factory
• Danner® Airthotic® a half- length, molded polyurethane instep that cups the heel and supports the arch area of the foot
• Danner's 650 EE last offers a roomier fit without sacrificing support and stability. We recommend sizing down a half size for the best fit.
• Vibram® 2060 Sport Sole is designed as a classic, casual walking outsole with a low lug depth for all day comfort and stability. Toe and heel pads add excellent traction and durability in high wear areas.
